The Advanced Certificate in Entrepreneurial Business Management (ACEBM) builds on CEBM or O/L qualifications, advancing learners' skills in entrepreneurship and business management. Through real-world applications, interactive projects, and strategic thinking, ACEBM empowers participants to design ventures, enhance innovation, and prepare for the Diploma level. It supports TALIEE’s mission to develop globally competent entrepreneurs from Sri Lanka’s grassroots.

- C.E. O/L or CEBM or NVQ 3 or Business Experience (RPL)* is required.
- RPL* (Recognition of Prior Learning) is a process that formally acknowledges skills and knowledge gained informally through business experience and work experience.
At the completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Apply advanced business management principles to design and implement new ventures and business strategies effectively.
- Enhance innovation and strategic thinking through real-world applications, projects, and practical business planning techniques.
- Develop financial intelligence by recognizing early warning signals, managing finances, and making informed entrepreneurial decisions.
- Communicate confidently and professionally, while mastering human capital management, to lead teams and build a successful business.
- Hybrid: Lectures will be conducted on weekends allowing students to balance academic learning with practical exposure. A continuous assessment system will be implemented to ensure consistent engagement and quality learning outcomes.
This is a One-Year program designed to provide a solid foundation in entrepreneurship.
