Prof. Shyaman Udayanga

A pioneering force in entrepreneurial education, he founded Asia’s first Continuing Professional Development (CPD) pathway for entrepreneurs at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 2001, and later established the Department of Entrepreneurship at FMSC in 2010. With over 25 years of experience in training and mentoring entrepreneurs, he is a renowned academic innovator, management consultant, and motivational speaker. His academic journey includes a PhD in Entrepreneurship, MSc in Management, and BSc in Business Administration (Special).
Prof. K. D. S. Ranaweera

A distinguished scholar and one of Sri Lanka’s most respected researchers, he served as Senior Professor and Chair of the Department of Food Science at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, leaving an indelible mark on the academic and scientific landscape. With a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from the Academy of Sciences, Moscow, and an M.Sc. in Agriculture from the Peoples’ Friendship University, Russia, his contributions span decades of pioneering research, academic leadership, and global collaboration in food and life sciences.
Prof. Anura Kumara Uthumange

Professor U. Anura Kumara is a distinguished academic in Business Economics at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. Serving as Dean of the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce from 2014 to 2020, he led significant advancements in management education. Holding a Ph.D. in Business Economics from Sheffield Hallam University, his research encompasses sustainable development, knowledge economics, and entrepreneurship. With over 40 publications and 17,000 reads on ResearchGate, he is a leading voice in integrating spiritual and economic perspectives into sustainable business practices.
Dr Premasiri Gamage

Dr. Premasiri Gamage, Sri Lanka’s number one entrepreneurship trainer, is the Managing Director of the Business Development Centre (BDC). With a PhD in Entrepreneurship, an MSc in Management, and a BCom (Special), he has significantly impacted the entrepreneurial landscape through his expertise in business development and training. As a master trainer, he has shaped curricula adopted by Sri Lankan training institutes, fostering enterprise growth. His leadership continues to inspire and influence the future of entrepreneurship in Sri Lanka.
Dr Kuma Iddamallena

Dr. Kuma Iddamallena, Asia’s leading personality training specialist, has transformed over 3 million lives across 18 countries. He combines Eastern and Western methods, integrating Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Mind Muscle Vibration Therapy (MMVT), Ayurvedic Psychiatry, and applied psychology in his training. An Attorney-at-Law and certified NLP Master Practitioner from the University of California, Dr. Iddamallena is also licensed by Sri Lanka’s Ayurvedic Medical Council to treat mental health conditions with indigenous medicine, empowering holistic personal mastery.
