The Diploma in Entrepreneurial Business Management (DEBM) is a dynamic program for ACEBM graduates or equivalent, equipping learners with advanced skills in entrepreneurship, leadership, and SME growth. - ACEBM or A/L (3 passes) or NVQ 4 or Business Experience (RPL) is required.
- RPL* (Recognition of Prior Learning) is a process that formally acknowledges skills and knowledge gained informally through business experience and work experience.
At the completion of this program, participants will be able to:
- Master advanced entrepreneurial skills to innovate, scale ventures, and lead businesses with strategic vision and ethical leadership.
- Develop financial intelligence and effective accounting skills to manage business finances, from budgeting to financial planning for sustainable growth.
- Enhance personal branding and marketing expertise to build a strong entrepreneurial identity and engage customers effectively, avoiding common pitfalls.
- Utilize ICT tools and CSR principles to drive business success, while fostering a holistic approach to entrepreneurship with attention to body, mind, and social responsibility.
- Hybrid: Lectures will be conducted on weekends allowing students to balance academic learning with practical exposure. A continuous assessment system will be implemented to ensure consistent engagement and quality learning outcomes.
