The BS in Business Administration at TALIEE is a three-year program blending academic learning with real-world experience. Students attend weekend classes and engage in internships during weekdays. The curriculum emphasizes leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship, following a job-pathing model that develops mindset, skills, and knowledge. Continuous mentorship and evaluation ensure graduates are professionally, practically, and academically prepared.

- A minimum of three “S” passes in the Commerce stream of the G.C.E. (A/L) examination, obtained in a single sitting.

- A minimum of three “S” passes in any subject stream of the G.C.E. (A/L) examination, obtained in a single sitting. However, the applicant must also pass an aptitude test conducted by GETI.
At the completion of this program, participants will be able to:

- Utilize comprehensive business knowledge in management, marketing, accounting, finance, operations, and human resources to make informed decisions.
- Communicate effectively and professionally using advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal skills essential for business success.
- Exhibit resilience and real-world readiness through practical business experience, gained via long-term internships and mentorship.
Lectures will be conducted on weekends allowing students to balance academic learning with practical exposure. A continuous assessment system will be implemented to ensure consistent engagement and quality learning outcomes.
